Paddy Power said today chief executive John O'Reilly will stand down within the next year for personal reasons.
Mr O'Reilly, who is one a one-year rolling contract, will remain as chief executive until the end of 2005 at least, Paddy Power said.
The group said it has begun the search for a new chief executive.
