One dead, two hurt in Co Cork crash

A 33-year-old man was killed when the car he was driving struck a wall an pillar in Co Cork, at around 2 am last night.

A 33-year-old man was killed when the car he was driving struck a wall an pillar in Co Cork, at around 2 am last night.

There were no other vehicles involved in the crash at Market Street, Skibbereen. Two occupants of the car were injured and taken to Bantry hospital. Their injuries are not life threatening.

The deceased was a 33-year-old Cork man and his body was removed to Cork University Hospital.
