A GOVERNMENT spokesman declined to comment on yesterday's High Court judgment, but Mr John O'Donoghue, the Fianna Fail justice spokesman, described it as "disappointing".
"But it is a decision of the High Court and, as such, must be respected by everyone," he said.
There would also be a "considerable" amount of disappointment in society generally, he added.
Mr John O'Donoghue judgment must be respected.
