Racing:Aidan O'Brien has pinpointed the Prix du Moulin and the Queen Elizabeth II Stakes as probable targets for Sussex Stakes runner-up Excellent Art.

The Pivotal colt narrowly failed to overhaul Godolphin's Ramonti in the oodwood showpiece last week, having taken a little while to find his stride.

While his next move has yet to be confirmed, connections admit both the French race and Ascot's September 29 highlight are high on the list for their St James's Palace Stakes winner.

O'Brien said: "He has come out of the race fine, but was caught out by nexperience. He has never had such a competitive race on a track like that before.

"The winner got a couple of lengths on him and then the line came too quick, but I have no doubt he will leave that run behind," he told the Racing Post.

"Definite plans have yet to be decided, but we will look at the Moulin and Queen Elizabeth II Stakes."
