NTL said this evening it had informed the telecoms regulator, Ms Etain Doyle, in a meeting that it was conducting a business review of its proposed rollout of digital services.
A company spokeswoman said the business and technological review would be completed by the end of February 2001 when there would be a further meeting with Ms Doyle.
The rollout requires that the company upgrade its network to be able to provide digital services to more than 100,000 homes within its franchise area by March 31st, 2001.
