An Offaly man has gone on trial at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court, accused of killing a motorist by dangerous driving.

An Offaly man has gone on trial at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court, accused of killing a motorist by dangerous driving.

Mr Patrick Spollan (37), of Daingean, Co Offaly, has pleaded not guilty to dangerous driving, causing the death of Mr Joseph Mulcahy on the N11 in Co Wicklow, on June 23rd, 1997.
