New Delhi - Thousands of marauding monkeys in India's capital New Delhi which inhabit government buildings including the prime minister's office and several city hospitals are to be "arrested" next month, kept in special enclosures for three months before being exiled to neighbouring states. The federal environment ministry devised a plan last week to catch over 5,000 monkeys and eventually before transport them to jungles in the neighbouring states.
