ANKARA - The German Foreign Minister, Mr Klaus Kinkel, said in comments published yesterday that Turkey has no chance of realising its long-held ambition to join the European Union soon. He told Turkey's Yeni Yuzyil daily: "[Turkey] has to do its domestic chores. . . The first of these are human rights, the Kurdish problem and economic problems."
