United Nations - The UN Security Council yesterday voted 11-0 in favour of a resolution which aims to get UN arms inspectors back into Iraq under a new sanctions regime.

Three of the five permanent council members, France, China and Russia, abstained in the vote but withheld their power of veto. One non-permanent member, Malaysia, also abstained.
