The Commission to Inquire into Child Abuse returns to its full complement of six members with the appointment by the Minister for Education and Science, Dr Woods, of Dr Kevin McCoy to replace Mr Bob Lewis, who resigned last July. Dr McCoy has been a senior member of the Inspectorate of Social Services in Northern Ireland since its inception in 1986.
