Hanoi - The worst floods to hit Vietnam in 40 years have spread across half the country, with torrential rains bringing fresh casualties. Official media said 10 people had been killed along the central coast and in the central highlands this week, while provincial officials in the southern Mekong Delta said the toll there had reached 341 in the past month, 248 of them children.
