LONDON - A new case of Newcastle Disease, a highly contagious poultry infection, has been discovered, the British Ministry of Agriculture said last night. It brings the number of farms in Britain affected since the beginning of the year to six, in the worst outbreak for more than 10 years. The outbreak was found at a turkey farm in Newent, Gloucestershire.
