Verification of refugees' qualifications, access to employment and vocational training are priority needs for Bosnians in Ireland, according to a FAS Community Employment survey. "It is also recommended that the community continues to participate in English and mother tongue classes, in order to succeed in everyday life and also to ensure that the young population retains its culture and identity," says a statement from the Bosnian Community Development Project.
