Rugby:There will only be one Irish team in the British & Irish Cup final after Munster were drawn at home to face Ulster in the semi-finals today.

The draw, which was made in Cardiff, ensures an Anglo-Irish final, though the winner of the semi between the Cornish Pirates and the Doncaster Knights will have home advantage for the showpiece on May 16th.

The semi-finals will take place on the weekend of April 23rd.

"We now have two mouth watering semi finals for players, coaches and supporters of these clubs and provinces,” British & Irish Cup tournament director Terry Burwell said today.

“There will also be an Anglo Irish final live on Sky Sports HD which will further showcase this exciting new cross-border competition.”
