A Co Tyrone motorcyclist has appeared in court charged with causing death by careless driving. Mr Gary Polin (28), Laurel Grove, Coalisland, was remanded on bail until his trial when he appeared at Cooks town Magistrate's Court yesterday.
The prosecution arises out of a crash near Coalisland on July 7th last year in which the pillion passenger, Mr Ryan Kane, of Innishmore Park, Coalisland, was killed.
