A man in his 20s was killed last night when the motorcycle he was driving collided with a car near Mungret, Co Limerick. The accident happened on the Limerick-Tarbert road.
The victim of a fatal road crash in Co Kildare has been named. He was Mr Miley Doran (46), of Bestfield, Carlow. He was a passenger in a van which collided with a car at Bolger's Cross near Castledermot, and died at the scene.
