CALCUTTA - Doctors treating Mother Teresa said yesterday that the Nobel Peace Prize winner may take a very long time to recover from heart surgery and she may never be as active as before.
"It may be months or years from now," Dr Tarun Praharaj, a member of the team of doctors treating the nun, told reporters bin Calcutta. He had been asked when Mother Teresa would recover from last week's surgery to unblock coronary arteries, her third such operation in five years.
