Cricket:England completed a comfortable six-wicket win in the second Twenty20 international against Pakistan to wrap up the brief series 2-0 in Cardiff.

England’s bowlers did the damage up front as they bowled out the besieged tourists for just 89 at the SWALEC Stadium in Cardiff.

Tim Bresnan claimed two early wickets to help start the rot on his way to figures of three for 10, while fellow seamers Ryan Sidebottom and Stuart Broad claimed two apiece.

After two wickets had twice fallen in quick succession in England’s reply, it was again Eoin Morgan and Michael Yardy who saw them home to wrap up the series and equal a world-record run of victories in the shortest format.

Skipper Paul Collingwood top scored with 21 to help secure his side’s seventh consecutive win.
