Further negotiations on Ireland's beef exports will take place in Moscow today between, Russian officials and Department of Agriculture officials. The Irish delegation is trying to persuade the Russians not to extend their ban on cattle from counties Cork, Monaghan and Tipperary to five other counties which had more than four cases of BSE in 1996.
