Lima - Peruvian security forces have located the fugitive ex-secret police chief Vladimiro Montesinos and are preparing to move in to arrest him, the Justice Minister, Mr Alberto Bustamente, has said.
"The forces of law and order are close to him and have located him," Mr Bustamente told Frecuencia Latina television station.
