The were ongoing disturbances in Craigavon last night in the wake of the murder of Constable Stephen Carroll.
A number of wheelie bins were set alight during the disturbances, with the PSNI advising motorists to avoid two roundabouts in the Ardowan area, a short distance from where the Constable Carroll was killed.
Diversions were also in place at Bradley way in Strabane following the discovery of a suspicious object near the drive-through of a fast food outlet.
The alert was subsequently declared an "elaborate hoax".
