Tens of thousands of people in southern Sudan face imminent death, the aid agency Concern has warned. In a briefing with the Minister for Overseas Development, Ms Liz O'Donnell, Mr Paddy Maguinness, emergencies director of Concern, said the relief operation for an estimated one million people facing starvation in the region was wholly inadequate.
