Men attacked by mob in Armagh

A mob attacked two men with knives and cudgels at Jonesborough Co Armagh, yesterday. The victims sustained facial injuries, puncture wounds and broken bones when the 15-strong group set upon them at Jonesborough market shortly before 1 p.m. Both were in a serious condition last night. The RUC said the assault was not sectarian related.
