A man who waved a Tricolour at an RAF Battle of Britain commemoration parade in Belfast last month was fined £50 yesterday. Martin McKee, a 22-year-old security guard, of Donegall Street, Belfast, admitted behaviour likely to lead to a breach of the peace.
