The Garda in Cork has asked for information concerning the driver of a red van who asked three young boys under 10 to come to a local shop with him for sweets in the Bishopstown area of the city last Tuesday afternoon. The children ran away and informed their parents of what had happened. The Garda said it was treating the matter seriously.
