The remaining man being held over the shooting death of Darren McGrath in Co Cavan has been released without charge.
Mr McGrath was shot dead at his home in Belturbet, Co Cavan, on May 20th.
Three men and a woman were originally arrested over the shooting.
Trevor McCabe (33) with an address at 8 Mountpleasant, Ballyconnell, Co Cavan, has been charged with murder at a sitting of Monaghan District court.
He was remanded in custody to appear before Cloverhill District court on June 5th.
The other man and woman were released without charge.
