A 29-year-old Cork man has pleaded guilty to three counts of manslaughter arising out of a car crash in July 1999. Michael O'Shea, Connolly Avenue, Mallow, admitted the unlawful killing of John Mullane (26), Jacinta Magner (19) and John Madden (20) in a two-vehicle crash.
O'Shea was remanded in custody for sentencing on November 30th at Cork Circuit Criminal Court.
