Mr Ian Richard Thompson (25), an unemployed man, of, Lisanelly Heights, Omagh, Co Tyrone, appeared at Cookstown Magistrates Court yesterday accused of having unlawful sexual intercourse with a teenage girl without her consent at Omagh last Tuesday.
Mr Thompson, who also faces a charge of threatening to kill the teenager, was remanded in custody until Tuesday.
