Man on driving charge remanded

A Tyrone youth was remanded on bail until Tuesday when he appeared at a special court in Magherafelt, Co Derry, yesterday, charged with causing the death of Ms Martha Jane Hamilton (73) by driving a car dangerously on the Desertmartin-Moneymore road on the night of December 14th. Mr Alan Gibson Kerr (17), a factory worker of Beechill Park, Bush, Dungannon, is also accused of causing grievous bodily injury to Mrs Hamilton's husband, Samuel.
