Mr Peter Nugent (37) of Jesper's Hill, Farringdon, Oxfordshire, was charged at a special sitting of Cork District Court last night with assault causing harm to an unnamed individual at Albert Quay last Saturday evening. He was remanded in custody with consent to bail and is to appear in court again today.
