SAN SEBASTIAN - A Spanish man lost both legs when a car bomb meant for someone else went off in this northern city yesterday, his employers said.
Mr Santiago Lezeta, who works at a Basque employers organisation Adegi, was moving the car of the firm's secretary general inside a garage when the device went off, a spokesman said.
