A man in his 50s has died following a crash between two lorries in Co Roscommon this morning.
The man was the only occupant of the lorry, which collided with another lorry on the N5 between Ballinagare and Tulsk at around 5am this morning. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the other vehicle, a man in his early 40s, was taken to Castlebar General Hospital with minor injuries.
Garda Forensic Collision Investigators are examining the scene, and the road remains closed with diversions in place.
