A man in his twenties killed in a single vehicle accident in Co Westmeath in the early hours of this morning has been named as Declan Boyce of Kinard, Legan, Co Longford.
The 25-year-old died when the car he was driving crashed at Rathowen at 3am. He was the only occupant.
