A man has been jailed for 23 months for handling a stolen marble carving worth more than £7,000. In Kilmainham District Court yesterday Joseph Quinn (28), of St Teresa's Gardens, Dublin, pleaded guilty to handling the marble worth £7,250, in his home on July 12th.
A detective told the court the marble had been stolen from a workshop on the South Circular Road the previous day.
Quinn also pleaded guilty to five burglaries dating from April 1995 to last June.
