A Co Clare farmer in his 60s was critical in Ennis General Hospital last night after he was attacked by his own bull. Mr Michael McDonagh, married with a grown-up family, of Knockadrumma, Ennistymon, was attacked on his farm on Monday evening. He got away from the animal, and when taken to hospital was found to have extensive internal injuries.
