Mr James Carroll (32), of Glasmore Park, Swords, Co Dublin, pleaded not guilty yesterday to possession of heroin at North Street on September 19th last. He told Swords District Court there were no drugs on him when he was searched.
Garda David O'Connor gave evidence that he saw another man injecting Mr Carroll.
Judge Sean Delap remanded him to June 25th for probation, medical and urinalysis reports.
