A man in his 40s was stabbed in the chest during an altercation at a house in Dundalk, Co Louth yesterday. The incident occurred at Glenwood Park estate at around 4 p.m.
The man was taken to Louth County Hospital where his condition was last night described as comfortable. Gardai said a definite line of inquiry was being followed.
