TOKYO - Japanese police have arrested an unemployed man for keeping his 15 year old son in chains and forcing him to work on construction sites instead of allowing him to go to school. Mr Masayuki Takao (44) was arrested after his son ran to police in Amagasaki for protection. The boy had a shaped lock used to secure bicycles around his neck and bruises all over his body.
