Gardai have arrested a man in connection with the death of a young woman who's body was found on a Co Galway farm this morning.
An investigation was started following the discovery of the body of the 35-year-old woman. Her body was discovered in a farmhouse near the village of Craughwell. It is understood she had head injuries.
The farmhouse has been sealed off pending the arrival of experts from the Garda Technical Bureau. The State Pathologist Dr Marie Cassidy is also en route to the scene and to carry out a post mortem.
