Garda∅ were last night awaiting the result of a post-mortem examination on the body of a man which was found in a mobile home in Courtown Harbour, Co Wexford, on Saturday.

The man, who was from Dublin and in his 50s, was discovered by his wife at about 7 p.m. He had a single stab wound to the chest. The couple were holidaying in the county.

His body was taken to Wexford General Hospital where the post-mortem was being carried out by the State Pathologist, Dr John Harbison.
