A Co Limerick man is due to appear before the Special Criminal Court in Dublin this morning.
The man, who is in his thirties, was released from Henry Street garda station in Limerick at around 10.30 last night and immediately re-arrested.
He had been held for questioning under section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act since Sunday.
