A Co Armagh man (26) is due in court this morning over the killing of Jonathon Graham in Newry last week.
Mr Graham (20) was shot dead as he sat in his car at Ardcarne Park early on Thursday morning. He died later in hospital.
A second man arrested in connection with the killing was released without charge.
