A man (22) is due in court this morning charged in connection with the murder of a man in west Dublin last year.
Joseph Rafferty (29), a father of one, was shot dead outside his apartment in the Ongar Park estate on April 12th, 2005.
Mr Rafferty's family claim he was shot dead by a former IRA hitman after becoming embroiled in a dispute with a family from the south inner city.
