A man (26) is due before Derry magistrates today charged with the murder of a man in the city in September.
Mr Darren Thompson (22), from Harkness Gardens, was shot in the head as he walked to work.
The victim was found lying in a pool of blood in the Waterside district and died in hospital two days later.
