A man (58) died today in a house fire in Co Monaghan.
Three units of the fire brigade fought the fire at a bungalow near Glaslough, around five miles north of Monaghan town, at around midday.
The man, who lived alone, was found dead in the living room. The cause of the blaze is not yet known.
