A man in his forties died in an industrial accident today while working on the demolition of a tower block in Ballymun, Dublin.
The man from Liverpool was preparing McDermot Tower for demolition when a concrete stairs fell on top of him.
He was taken to the Mater Hospital but died later as a result of his injuries.
