A man has been killed in car crash in Co Tipperary.
The man, who was in his late eighties, was travelling on the main Dublin to Cork road when he is believed to have lost control of his car and hit a wall near Outhrath.
The incident occurred at 9.30 a.m.
The man’s body was brought to Waterford Regional Hospital where he was pronounced dead a short time later. The man’s name has not been released.
