A jury has been sworn in at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court for the trial of a man charged with having heroin for supply in Crumlin in 1998.

Mr Christopher Honer (31), of Clonmacnoise Road, has pleaded not guilty to having heroin for sale or supply on October 15th, 1998, on Crumlin Road and at his home. Judge Patrick McCartan has asked the jury to return to the court today to start the hearing if there is a court and judge available.
