A campaigner for fathers' rights has handcuffed himself to an MP in Britain.

A campaigner for fathers' rights has handcuffed himself to an MP in Britain.

The member of Fathers 4 Justice handcuffed himself to children's minister Ms Margaret Hodge at a family law conference in Manchester today, police said

The incident happened at 10.11 a.m., and the protester was arrested by police officers at 10.50 a.m.
