LONDON - A terminally ill man claimed yesterday to be the winner of a £2.1 million British lottery prize.

Mr Brian Hay (63) rang Camelot, the lottery organisers, on Thursday night in a last ditch attempt to claim the fortune, which was won in a draw six months ago.
